Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. A unique cottage with a partial glass roof, built in 2019, in a naturally beautiful environment by the lake. The cottage has a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster. You can only enjoy ready meals. Fireplace/shelter on the beach. Parking space in the yard. In winter, you can walk on the ice. 17 km to the airport, 13 km to the nearest City market and 17 km to the city center. The host lives in the same yard. Guests are allowed to move freely in the yard. The neighbors' yards are private.

Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

A warm welcome to stay in a cozy 100-square-meter detached house, in a peaceful and idyllic seaside setting. The accommodation price includes bedding and towels, the basics of cooking (spices, cooking oil, etc.), laundry detergent, and all the equipment you need for basic living. In the bedroom, a double bed and in the other rooms, there are also 2 extendable sofa beds. Rovaniemi is 120km away. Kemi and Tornio 20km.
