Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

La struttura è dotata di una bella piscina (5m×10m, profondità 1,5m) inserita in un grande giardino da cui si può godere di un bellissimo panorama, tipico della verde Umbria . La casa, nel retro, ha una zona barbecue di circa 60 mq. La proprietà è dotata delle colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Da giugno si pagherà in struttura la tassa di soggiorno 1,5 euro al giorno a persona per un max di 4gg

Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside a stone table, a huge garden, a gazebo, a state of art warmed Jacuzzi (optional if available) a fantastic 6 x 12 infinity pool . All the property is fenced. Pet friendly.

Antico casale in pietra perfettamente ristrutturato immerso tra gli oliveti ed i boschi della Valnerina Umbra a soli 7 km dalla Cascata delle Marmore e dal Centro Rafting a soli12 km da Spoleto. Circondato da 5 ha di proprietà coltivata a oliveto. Un posto incantato per gli amanti della campagna incontaminata. Sconsiglio la prenotazione a chi è troppo cittadino.
