The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Blinds on the windows. In the shared garden there is a gazebo with a fireplace and seating, a trampoline. Parking in front of the house on a paved area.

Near the apartment there is a ski resort in Teplice (7 km) and a ski resort in Petříkovice (25 km). The apartment is part of the house and has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with a fridge, two-burner stove and hood. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 2. Stone terrace with table and chairs overlooking Ostaš. I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

Spacious first floor apartment with a large garden in the centre of a small village near Adrspassko-teplicke rocks. A great starting point for both small and big journeys in this lovely region. Easily accessible by car, train or bus. Comfortable accommodation for up to four people (children's bed and a baby cot available on request). The appartment is located on the first floor of the cottage Peřový Dům. In the quiet village of Brezova between Adrspach - Teplice Rocks, Broumovské stěny and Ostaš. Ideal for hiking, biking, climbing and cross-country skiing. Accommodation for 6-8 people We offer free WiFi. We do not charge costs for cleaning the appartment (2000 Kč) if you clean it before leaving. Electricity is charged against actual use and costs. Tourist taxes, 20,- Kč/pp/night, should be paid at arrivel.
