Large family house with amazing sea views

A 4 bedroomed bright detached house for 8 people. It is situated at the top of Teignmouth town, in a quiet cul de sac next to country lanes and fields. The house has modern furnishings, mesh wifi throughout, fibre broadband and multiple televisions. The beach and town centre are a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute drive in the car. The countryside is on our doorstep and you can take beautiful country walks where you can see stunning views of Teignmouth, Dawlish and Exmouth in the distance.

Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. The lighthouse is a newly renovated, light filled flat within a Georgian property, right in the heart of Teignmouth. It is fully self-contained with a brand new shower room, a living/bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and a brand-new kitchen that has Beautiful views up the river Teign and to Dartmoor beyond. We have put a breakfast bar with seating for two in front of this window as it is the perfect spot for gazing out of with a coffee or a glass of wine in your hand.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.
