Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom garden apartment in Bad Mitterndorf, located in Austria’s stunning Salzkammergut. Just a short walk from the town centre, train station and the ski bus stop. Inside, enjoy a queen-sized bed, a comfy living area with a TV and Wi-Fi, a sleeping couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. In winter, explore the Tauplitz ski area, and in summer relax on the patio, hike or visit nearby lakes. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small families.

Luxury chalet on the alpine pasture, lake and mountain views

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Losenbauerhütte is located at an altitude of 1,650 m, in the middle of the beautiful Tauplitzalm, the largest lake plateau in Central Europe. It originally dates back to 1503 and was completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

The bright and quietly located apartment for up to four people is equipped with many loving details, as well as underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV, spacious wardrobe, walk-in shower and toys :) In winter, the high-altitude ski resorts of Tauplitz and Loser are easily accessible for ski and cross-country skiers, as is the beautiful Narzissentherme in Bad Aussee. And to make the vacation feeling last longer, I'm happy to allow late check-out on request!

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. The spacious apartment (65 sqm) has a living and dining room with satellite TV and stereo system, a bedroom with a French bed and an adjoining room with a double sofa bed. In addition, there is a large kitchen and bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A balcony (20 sqm) overlooking the mountains and the valley make the stay unique. The apartment is located at 1100 m above sea level and right next to the ski slope.

Die kleine neu errichtete Anlage, in der die meisten anderen Apartements über eine Agentur vermietet werden, befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Talstation der Bergbahn ins Ski- und Wandergebiet Tauplitzalm entfernt. Unser schönes Apartement wurde von uns selbst mit viel Liebe geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet.

Through the large panoramic windows you can see the impressive Grimming – the highest freestanding mountain in Europe. On the large terrace or in the garden, pamper yourself with sunbathing or relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a cold beer in a cozy atmosphere.
