Spacious Beach Flat

This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

Immaculately presented, separate, 1 bedroom guesthouse. Great for a romantic getaway. Modern bathroom with a large shower, European laundry. You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Watch the magic sunsets from the expansive undercover deck whilst sipping your favourite drink.
