The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). You will also be a 5-minute walk from the metro, Place Bellecour, the peninsula, the Hôtel Dieu and its lounge bars, the Celestins theater...

Detached ground floor accommodation in house

Located in a green setting 20 minutes from the city center with salt pool. Free parking. Independent studio on the ground floor of a house. Independent entrance. From the private veranda, you will have direct access to the garden and pool. The latter is not heated and will be accessible as soon as weather conditions permit. The garden and pool are shared with the owner who lives on site. Bus C20 5 minutes from the accommodation towards Lyon.
