Located in Tasman, between Mapua (10min drive) and Motueka (20 min). 30min drive to Kaiteriteri, gateway to the Abel Tasman National park, and the Great Taste Trail bike ride crosses the end of our drive. 10 minute walkway to the beach from the property. Lovely setting, ideal for a romantic getaway winter or summer, or for a family holiday. Kids will love our three alpaca, kune kune pig and chickens. Amazing views. Please note construction on a nearby property, please expect daytime noise.

Research Orchard Road is off SH60, half way between Richmond and Mapua. Your private entrance is completely flat with no stairs or steps. If you are on a working holiday there is a large desk with unlimited wifi and mobile coverage.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the cosiness, located close to all amenities and great cycle trails. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The house is easy to access--on a flat section. Host can meet guests at airport or bus stations and deliver to places of interest around Nelson province. No extra fees for cleaning or laundry. This is a newly renovated bungalow cottage - downstairs flat. Bright, sunny, clean, wooden floors & sliding glass doors onto a large deck. The upstairs tenants are long term, quiet & the way the flats are laid out, there is no noise transfer between them. It is in an inner city suburb surrounded by local Nelson families - so please expect the odd neighbourhood noise or visit from a passing cat. The owners live on the adjacent property & very friendly & engaging.

Located high on 70 acres, this separate guest house is off the grid and one of the closest bnb's to The Kahurangi National Park (Flora carpark). Built in sauna & BBQ. The oven that is shown is not hooked up. My old affectionate dog will not disturb you. I apologise but this is not suitable for small children.
