You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

Cozy central townhouse from 1880 with wilderness bath in the closed sunny courtyard. Decorated with many flexible sleeping spaces. The house is furnished with a living room with dining area and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the first floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families traveling together for generations. The townhouse is located right up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. Need to relax with your better half or a good friend/friend in beautiful surroundings with great views of the water, 150 meters to the nearest bathing place and close to the beach and forest, then this lovely gem is a great offer. It has restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. During the summer months, every Friday and Saturday there is music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Experience lovely Langeland.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Quietly located 40 m2 home in beautiful surroundings. New annex with own bath / toilet and shared kitchen with oven, induction and cooker. Living room with a view of Svendborg Sound and the city. TV, internet and free parking. Accommodation with double bed in living room + single bed in loft. Possibility of extra bed. Dining table with 2 chairs. Private courtyard with fireplace + many seating terraces. No serving, but I will gladly bring your breakfast by pre-order from our good local baker.

Cozy and stylishly decorated apartment of 57 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can, enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels. There is free parking outside the courtyard and accommodation is via lockbox.

Feel free to use the entire area It is 2 km to shopping opportunities, beach and harbour. Lovely Svendborg is about 4 km away. There are great shopping opportunities and an absolutely stunning harbor environment
