My house has a spacious garden where you can enjoy the sun, eat and play. It’s a great, bright and relaxing space you can share with your family and friends, immersed in the countryside. With a 15-minute drive you are by the beach. Cesenatico, Cervia, Milano Marittima… you will enjoy the best holidays here! A few minutes by car there’s a cafe, bakery and a supermarket. In 10 minutes you reach the center of Cesena, a beautiful town with lots of life, restaurants and great historical places.

For our younger guests, we have a camping cot and a high chair. Excellent location for reaching Mirabilandia, Circolo Tennis, Milan Marittima Congress Centre, Le Siepi Equestrian Centre, Adriatic Golf Club Cervia and Stadio Todoli.

Cortemazzini36 è una piccola casa appena ristrutturata con superficie di 50mq situata in una piccola corte di Via Mazzini 36, con ingresso e cortile indipendenti. L'edificio si trova a poche decine di metri dal teatro comunale, dal centro storico, dal porto canale Leonardesco e quindi dal museo della marineria. Esso Comprende una stanza notte con letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con tv e divano letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura con veranda in vetro di ultima generazione e un bagno.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone e dell'aria condizionata. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!
