Old building apartment with charm within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cozy newly renovated old building apartment on the 2nd floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with parking space right by the house. The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 meters from the property. The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

Welcome to our Lohmühle. At disposal is a separate apartment in a big house. The apartment has its own private terrace with a small rose garden, which is available only to you. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. Our chickens, ducks, and rabbits can of course be fed by young and old. Dogs are very welcome as we are dog owners ourselves.
