The city's monument protection ensures solid construction with wooden windows and clay bricks; we ourselves pay attention to natural materials and have used Brandenburg pine for the floors and weatherproof larch wood for the courtyard facade. Clay plaster and half-timbering (even the newly restored one is traditionally connected only by wooden pins!) ensure an authentic living experience. On the first floor there is a wood-burning stove. The central heating is fed in a very modern way from the solar system plus gas.

Welcome to Tangermünde. The vacation rental is located in a vacation home with 2 other vacation rentals. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

The maisonette spans two floors and offers a peaceful location and sweeping views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a unique atmosphere in the room, combining rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet.
