The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).
