Well-equipped top floor two-room apartment (50 m2) in a fairly new apartment building close to nature. The apartment has an air heat pump for cooling. Great location right next to the Ratikka terminal (200m). The house was completed in June 2022. There are great outdoor opportunities nearby. Hervantajärvi camping area is right next door and the beach is about 800m away. The nearest grocery store (Sale) is about 250m and the Hervanta Duo shopping center is 2.5km away. Free carport next to the house.
