Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Bei Buchung von mehr als 4 Erwachsenen (max. 6) fallen Zusatzgebühren in Höhe von 10,- € pro Person und Nacht an. Diese werden im Nachhinein über Airbnb abgerechnet.

Extra beds and the use of a large garden plot nearby (15-minute walk) are possible on request. Free parking is available in front of the house or directly opposite. Shopping, such as a butcher and a Netto market with a bakery branch, are within 2 – 5 minutes' walking distance.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.
