Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

...very close to the site of the fossilized forest. Nature in the form of a small park with playground is on the doorstep, as well as a bus stop and supermarket. The "Sachsen-Allee" offers a variety of shops, you can reach by foot in about 15 minutes, the city center of the "City of Modernism 2025", in 25 minutes. The apartment with a cozy bedroom, living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for couples or families with max. 2 children.

The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. Feel at home in the small apartment. With us, 1-2 people can spend a few quiet days in a cozily furnished room, with a queen-size bed, couch and TV for a short trip or a business trip. In the apartment is a Badezi. as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. The apartment is also ideal as a mechanic's accommodation. Due to the location on the 4th floor, a small workout is included ;-) .
