The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Beautiful modern 75 m² apartment with air conditioning, lift and free parking on the street in front of the building. Quiet residential area, a 12-minute walk from the lake. If you like to take a walk to get to the centre and along the lake, this accommodation is just right for you. Wi-Fi, travel cot, baby bath and high chair, children's dishes, washing machine with products. TV in the living room and bedroom with Prime Video now and Disney+ free of charge. Only service dogs are allowed.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - the Tower - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Mari-Melissa's house

Take a break and regenerate in this oasis of peace. Ground floor studio with a kitchenette equipped with all comforts, a bathroom with shower and a double bed. In the patio, you will find a small outdoor table for breakfast or lunch in front of a small and flowery garden. Wi-Fi and free parking for motorcycles and bicycles are available inside the property. There are two large free parking lots a few meters away. Small dogs are allowed with prior notice.

Cottage in the woods with Finnish sauna

Our small house is a comfortable and charming 45 m2 studio apartment with an equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed with a king-size memory mattress, a Finnish sauna room (extra fee is requested) completely covered with linden wood and heated with a wood-burning stove (as in real and authentic Finnish saunas), a bathroom with a shower and a bucket for the fresh water cascade. Outside, there is a large green space with a swimming pool, canopy and barbecue.

Our waterfront villas at La Foleia offer two iconic types of accommodation. From Villa Padiglione’s grand frescoes, warming fireplace and sweeping views to Villa Ottagonale’s intriguing salon, marble wanders and dreamy glasshouse; expect to be awestruck at La Foleia.
