【2025年3月開業】 「子どもを連れての旅行は大変・・・！」 そう思ったことはありませんか？ ホストである私たちも、3歳と1歳の子どもを育てていますので、その気持ちがとてもわかります。 自分自身が旅行に行く時も 「部屋のインテリアを壊さないか」 「宿で走り回り、他の宿泊者に迷惑をかけないか」 と心配になっています。 「けど、子どもには自然の中での体験をさせてあげたい・・・！」 当宿はそんな小さな子どもを連れた旅行でも安心して滞在していただける「子ども連れに優しい宿」をコンセプトに作りました。 宿が位置する滋賀県高島市は自然豊かな場所。近年、京都大阪へのアクセスの良さと自然の豊かさを求めて、若手世代の移住が進んでいる地域です。当宿から車で5分〜10分で、琵琶湖の遊びスポット、農業体験公園マキノピックランド、マキノ高原スキー場など四季を通して、自然を満喫できるスポットがいっぱい！ 宿の中は、子育てをする私たちが「安心して滞在できること」を基準に備品を揃え、お部屋を設えています。 普段は子どもから目を離すことができない大変な日々を、当宿で少しでも気持ちが休まると嬉しいです。

Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home. An 8-minute walk from Higashiyama Subway Station, Sanjo Keihan Station, and a bus stop, with 24-hour convenience stores and laundromats nearby. Shirakawa Seiryu-an is a century-old Kyoto townhouse in a car-free area, offering a peaceful stay. Free Wi-Fi is available, and strollers or baby seats can be requested.

A 115-year-old storehouse and an old folk house have been refurbished to make this an inn for rent. Up to 4 people can use this price. Additional 5500 yen / person available. We have a Canadian house, just a stone through away from the beautiful Lake Biwa. Suitable place to stay for family trip, with friends and work trip. For 7guests or less, we rent 3 bed rooms (with 8 beds) For 8guests or more, we can rent the extra cabin space which is still part of the building but usually there is no access.(5 bed rooms and an attic, 12 beds and extra bathroom) please see photos and enquire within. - No Party - No BBQ after 9pm
