It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio's terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow electric vehicle charging.

The equipped kitchen opens onto the living room of about 60 m2 with living room, dining room. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with 2 garden lounges, a gas plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 8 m x 4 m.

You will have all the amenities necessary for your comfort during your stay (see amenities list). Free parking spaces in the streets near the accommodation or GAUDIN parking (for a fee) just 50 m away.

On the heights of Saint-Florent, under eucalyptus and umbrella pines, with a fantastic view over the bay. A 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms apartment opened on a terrace on the bay. Very quiet and zen environment with non smoking in the apartment and on the terrace. For 4 personnes and 3 children. No smoking area inside the apartment and in the terraces.
