The 70 square meter apartment was completely renovated in 2021. It consists of a living room, 2 Bedrooms (including 1 bedroom open to the living room) each with a double bed, one fully equipped Kitchen with dining area and a shower room. There is direct access to the living room a large sun terrace with awning. The apartment is for single travelers, families with children, Business travelers and seniors (apartment is on the ground floor and is barrier-free) suitable. There are 2 parking spaces available for holiday guests. For cyclists or motorcyclists there is the possibility of storing the vehicles in a garage and charging the batteries for e-bikes.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Welcome to our new, light-flooded holiday apartment with direct panoramic views. The well-kept and beautiful new apartment is located in Merzig-Besseringen. It is located on the 1st floor and has a living area of about 45 m2. The layout is as follows: bathroom with shower, 1 room (bedroom), 1 living/dining room, kitchen. Location: Besseringen is conveniently located just off the A8 and B51. The highway connection is easily accessible in a few minutes' drive.
