The house is located in the beautiful embrace of Mecsek, in the Donátus part of Pécs. A perfect, peaceful retreat for the two of you, real relaxation awaits in the spacious spaces of the house and the sumptuous panorama. The city center is close, yet far enough with all its possibilities that you can retire to a quiet place. The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!

Unser Ungarenschwäbische Dorf liegt von Wäldern umgeben, 28 km südost von der schönsten Stadt Ungarns, Pécs, 28 k westlich von der Dunaustadt Mohács . Um die alten, erneuerte LehmHausern gibt es viel grund und Boden .Hier gibt es kein Enge. Über 100 Obst und Walnussbaumen. Einheimische Tieren wie 30 Zackelschafe, Ziegen, unseren Kühen,Gänsen, Enten, Hühner..

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

A brand new youthful and well designed apartment is waiting for you - few steps from the heart of the city centre. We took care of the construction to satisfie all expectations. Everything can be found here -even for a couple of nights or for a longer stay, like a Nespresso coffe-maker, washing machine, diswasher, hair-dryer, iron, microwave oven, kettle and of course wi-fi.

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
