Lovely cottage with sea view

NEWLY RENOVATED 2021 With our charming cottage you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly by the water, next to beautiful beach meadow with bathing beach and jetty. The large wooden terrace by the house means that you can find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee while the ships sail past at Flensburgfjord. The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kite surfing are popular activities.

Lovely holiday home on Als by the forest and beach

The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be agreed, the price will be NOK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside is a large uncovered terrace with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. In addition, a large garden with plenty of space. Close to shopping and with the most amazing nature, as well as only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Wood burning stove will be installed in January 2025. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Quiet and secluded location on corner plot at the end of the road. South-facing terrace facing green area. The house is insulated so it can be used all year round. Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
