The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. In this unique and peaceful place you can relax. The apartment building is located in the center of the island, but is in a secluded area. You will have a lovely apartment with a kitchen/living room and a separate bedroom during your stay. There is a toilet/shower. The apartment has its own small balcony. Within walking distance are the forest, shop, tavern, community center and tavern Krog No 14. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
