You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.

Nataly je apartman koji iznajmljuje o u sezoni turistima, Veličine 80 m2, ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak. Sa balkona se pruza pogled na velebitski kanal. Iza kuće je roštilj, izgrađen u kamenu, sljedeća garnitura. Ispred kuće je natkriveni dio, predulaz u kuću sa sljedećim mjestima.
