Cozy apartment located in idyllic Havsteinbakken. 3 min walk to bus and tram stop that takes you straight to the city center in 15 min or to Marka and ski slopes in 10 min. The apartment has everything that you need for a delightful stay. A large double bed in bedroom that you can close the sliding doors and a large sofa bed , with extra soft mattresses. The apartment is great for both single, couple and a small family. The apartment has all dry goods and spices and such at the guests' disposal.

Peaceful home on the 4th/top floor with nature, shop and bus stop nearby. Equipped kitchen and good bed. Stunning views of Trondheim from large balcony, you see sights like Fortress and Nidaros Cathedral from here. Northern lights have been observed a couple of times here. Regularly lovely sunrises, and at clear night, you see fast starry sky from the bed. Common storage for the housing association for skiing and cycling. Walking distance to the field, 2 minute walk to bus stop. Warm welcome!

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
