Cozy apartment in the center of Trondheim. The apartment is located in the backyard of an older townhouse from 1878 in the heart of Ila. There is an entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most things but also good bus connections.

Convenient and modern apartment in good location on Grilstad Marina proximity to the sea, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path just outside stretches all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming possibilities in the immediate area, including: Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and the Bay of Vära. Lots of playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several large campuses such as NTNU.

In the summer there are long bright nights, and in the winter you can be lucky enough to see the northern lights. Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds, but it is possible to accommodate one more person.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Plenty of space to eat out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free park ring. Fiber comes in summer/fall

Stylish and completed apartment (approx. 61m2) at great Ilsvika. Trondheimsfjorden 50m outside the door, with both the beach and popular fishing spot within 100m. Many parks and volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity. Gravel road to the city market starts a few hundred meters away in the road. 1.5km into the centre, via either the harbour promenade or the city streets. Lovely apartment and location. The price for any longer stays (over 2 weeks) can be agreed upon.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
