The house is located in the village of Svarte which has a popular sandy beach. Svarte is easily reached by train or car from Malmö, Copenhagen, CPH Airport etc. The house offers all modern amenities, in a chilled out environment with great activities at your door step. The surroundings offer rolling fields, beach meadows, beautiful sandy beaches, castles, cozy villages, nice towns such as Ystad, Simrishamn etc. Nearby Österlen offers many nice excursions and activities.

Large house in the center of Lund, nice garden.

Large house within walking distance from the city center, the university and the central station. Buses to Malmö close by. Two large living rooms, up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms. A private lush garden with a bbq and some outdoor games. Next to the garden is a park with a fantastic playground (soccer, basketball). We have a sauna and a cozy fireplace for cold days. This is a perfect house for a family or a couple who wants space. We have lots of games as well.

Welcome! Large and cozy courtyard with BBQ. Access to Gym and fresh sauna in the basement. The apartment is centrally located yet in a quiet area A stone's throw from Nobeltorget and 600 meters from Folketspark. Plenty of bus connections nearby. 1500 meters from the Triangeln where after 20 minutes you can be in Copenhagen. Two bikes are included so that you can easily get around Malmö. wifi and Chromecast Parking can always be found just outside.
