Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. In a safe area with outdoor activities right around the corner, 15 minutes by bike to the city or 10 minutes by bus. MDU 3.7 km (2.3 miles). Full working kitchen. We, a family of 3 adults and 3 children, live in the house and are available if needed. Between midnight and 6:30 AM, we have the greatest possible silence. Free parking for one car is available in the driveway.

The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
