Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Here you live next to untouched nature, nice hiking trails, saltwater swimming, golf courses and cozy fishing spots. A short distance away, you will find nice restaurants, swimming and shopping. Here on the beautiful Kulla Peninsula, there is a lot to discover, both for adults and children. We rent out part of our house in two separate apartments where you get your own entrance to an apartment of 50 m2. The whole apartment is newly renovated for the 2024 season.

Heated concrete floors in living room. Full kitchen with oven and induction stove. Walk to "our" secluded pebble beach and harbor. Freshly built bathroom. Outdoor eating area. Fruit trees galore. In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean.

Cozy little summer cottage in Rekekroken!

Welcome to our cozy little cottage with the sea right at your doorstep! Here you can: Swim from the jetty that is directly adjacent to the cabin. The garden is fenced if you want to bring your dog. Walking distance to ICA Jonstorp, Svanshall's tavern, Tunneberga Gästgivaregård and the fire station in Jonstorp. Note - Bed linens & towels are not included. The cottage is a couple of years old, you should like the charm that nothing is new but a little worn.

The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
