Use Azumino and Ikeda-cho as your base in summer to enjoy the spectacular views of the Northern Alps. You can fully enjoy mountain sightseeing unique to this season, such as Kamikochi, the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route, and Hakuba Happo Pond. From the second half of August to September, the summer bustle calms down, and it is a season when you can enjoy the quiet of Shinshu. During the day, go to the mountains and highlands, and at night, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and the starry sky. As a base for sightseeing in Azumino, Hakuba, and Kamikochi, you can enjoy a comfortable stay for one night or for extended periods. Access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe is also good, and it can accommodate group trips, family trips, and long-term stays. With a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, it's also comfortable for extended stays. You can come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station. Other pick-up and drop-off services and sightseeing pick-up and drop-off services are available for 2,000-8,000 yen (round trip) depending on the distance, within 2 hours one way. For groups of 5 or more, please consult in advance because we can arrange a rental car. There are still openings on weekdays in September. It is also recommended for student trips in the latter half of summer vacation, as well as for couples and small groups.

Stay with a dog at the "Protective Cat Cafe Honten", limited to one group per day, 1 night with cafe breakfast included

You can rent out the entire shelter cat cafe. All spaces are available for rent except during cafe hours. Cat space is completely separate. Cats are not allowed in the cafe or accommodation space. You can interact with cats in the courtyard. You can eat and drink while looking at the cat courtyard from the cafe. You can also stay with your dog. Please bring what you need for your dog. However, pets are not allowed in the courtyard. You can come and go freely in the later space. Breakfast with cafe menu. Cosplay photoshoots can be done indoors. You can have a BBQ in the backyard. BBQ set rentals are 1,500 yen. There is a work corner in the Japanese-style room, and it is free of charge. You can also see the night view of the city from the cafe.Kiyomizu-dera, famous for its autumn leaves, is in front. 15-20 minutes from Nagano Interchange and Nagano Susaka Interchange. 20-30 minutes by car from Nagano Station. Mökki means 'cottage' in the Nordic language of Finnish. Please enjoy your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-machi, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture. Nearby are the natural wonders of the Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
