Hey there, I’m Karlo, the owner of Excelsior Villas, and Villa Royal is one of those places I completely fell for. I spent time here while we were preparing it for our collection, and waking up to that sea view, overlooking islands, swimming where a 19th-century schoolyard once stood and relaxing in the spa felt pretty surreal. Really felt like a king sitting in his throne here. Private chef Ivan was also a great addition that we arranged. I hope you get to experience it the way I did.
