In our lovely large basement apartment of about 90 m2, you get just a little extra for your money. There is a large, luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds, and the towels are ready. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room, and a room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Option to use/book a wilderness bath for DKK 500 for 1 set-up The small apartment has its own entrance, a mini kitchen, a fridge, a small freezer, a microwave, a mini oven, a hob and a coffee machine. You provide your own breakfast. But I'm happy to do the shopping for you. Just write down what you want, and we'll settle it according to the receipt. Sommerhuset is an obvious choice when you need to visit trade fairs, concerts, sporting events, or other events at MCH Messecenter Herning, Jyske Bank Boxen, and the area around Herning. After an eventful day, you can relax in the wilderness pool, enjoy the sunset from the outdoor living room, or gather around the campfire by the lake. Nearby, you'll find the restaurant Søgaarden, mini golf, and great walks along the lake.

There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

The house is located about 10 km from Herningcenter, 15 km from Boxen and Messecenter Herning.
