The house is situated in the middle of a likewise listed park, which is exclusively accessible to holidaymakers. The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected sea bay in the south of the island. All photos in this listing were taken on the estate itself.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
