Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Welcome to your cozy apartment in a quiet location with a large balcony. A bedroom for two people awaits you in the upper area, and you can relax in the living and dining area. If necessary, I will provide you with an inflatable bed, so there is room for up to four guests. You have a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and parking right outside the door. You can reach the S-Bahn in 15 minutes on foot, the bus stop is almost directly at the house.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

A narrow spindle staircase leads to the small apartment for max. 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, view into the garden. BBQ and terrace may be used. To Waldschwaigsee about 400 m, to the bus stop about 200 m. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, to Munich about 15 km.
