Located in the Porta Pacentrana district, two steps from the main square, the apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated historic building and retains all the charm of the past, with wooden ceilings with exposed beams and vintage details scattered throughout the rooms. NB: access to the apartment is via a steep staircase, so please take this into account if you have reduced mobility.

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

The Venere e Adone apartment is located in the city centre, has a classic style and a terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioner in the dining room that can cool several rooms in the summer and a pellet stove for the winter connected to the radiators. It has a double bedroom with the availability of an additional single bed, a single bedroom with a single bed, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is no elevator and the apartment is located on the top floor.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
