PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. PLEASE NOTE : THERE IS A 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE NEXT TO THIS ONE THAT YOU SEE ON PICTURES (on the same house), IT HAS SAME SIZE AND SAME PRICE AS THIS ONE, IT'S ALSO LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE GEREMEAS BEACH WITH A SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW.

The villa is located directly on the sand ( 8 meters from the water ) direct access to the sea. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette and large terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples , lovers of nature and tranquility. Unique house for location throughout the Gonnesa coast. Note: Not recommended for those who have walking problems due to the location on the sea that you arrive with a 100-meter walk path uphill. Situata Nel cuore Della Marina Di Cagliari ( Quartiere Storico). Il Palazzo , appena ristrutturato, si trova in una zona molto frequentata. La struttura una palazzina indipendente gode di una posizione centralissima. A pochi metri da numerosissimi locali e ristoranti. A pochi passi dal Porto di Cagliari e da numerosissime attrattive. Il Poetto , la spiaggia di 8 Km , si trova a soli 7 minuti di Macchina. La location gode anche di ottimi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici.

Incantevole appartamento fronte mare vista unica, a soli 30 secondi a piedi dall'acqua. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di portopaglieto oppure sempre a 5 minuti a piedi la piccola spiaggia della ghinghetta, altrimenti se si è amanti degli scogli proprio fronte casa vi è una bellissima scogliera con accesso all'acqua. l'appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione con vista mozzafiato e finiture di pregio
