On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Quiet to recharge your batteries, come and relax in our indoor pool. You will appreciate our "Fleur de Lys" cottage in Mer (41500) for its new construction, with disabled standards, 85 m2, accommodating up to 5 people, 2 sunny terraces. Train station 8 minutes' walk, supermarket and bakery 150 m away. In the heart of the Loire Valley castles, between Orléans and Blois, 5 minutes from Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, "Loire by bike" cycle path. A10 highway exit 5 minutes away.

Gite le Val de Nodicia, HOT TUB and Pool

My longhouse at the gates of Chambord,(7Km) , Cheverny , Blois .. with SPA for 14 people, swimming pool heated to 27/28 degrees from mid-April to late September or mid-October depending on the weather. Cleaning fee of 150 euro.💶 required and to be paid on site. The cottage is an ideal axis to visit the castles of the Loire Loire and not to be missed the Zoo de Beauval! During the summer period ( July and August ) rentals are possible only from Saturday to Saturday.

The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the river "Le Cosson", from where you can discover the prestigious castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and its surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our home, whose garden with its different species of trees makes up an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. The swimming pool is available to the cottage and the 2 guest rooms.
