Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Bungalow by the river and forest.

A great retreat for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden, for example, or spend time on the large terrace by the barbecue overlooking the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix. Watching old DVDs or playing board games can also liven up your stay. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice River. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

One-room sunny apartment with kitchenette, private bathroom and toilet. The house was built around 1830 on the foundations of the medieval gate to the city on the road "Svatá Anna" from Čelkovice, located just below the walls on the southern slope above the Lužnice river valley, 2 minutes walk from the main square. Bathroom amenities - large bathtub and shower. Public parking is 30 m from the house (price from 40,- CZK/day). The front door is equipped with a code lock (the code will be sent by SMS) = self-check-in. Camp (not Prague!)

We offer a newly renovated 2-room apartment in a quiet area of southern Bohemia near Tábor, Bechyně, Třeboň.... by the Lužnice river. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, connected to a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet with a bathtub. The bedroom is also equipped with a TV and a spacious dressing room. BABY COT available. PARKING AT THE APARTMENT. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES, CYCLISTS (Possibility of safe bike storage).

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Cottage Kingfisher

A cottage on the Lužnice River, where the water is all you hear. Watch the river from the terrace, brew morning coffee and go fishing — I'll gladly arrange a permit. Grill under the pergola, end the day by the campfire. Inside: equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, bedroom, bathroom, plus a fireplace and pellet stove for winter. Great for walks, mushroom picking and day trips. Ideal for a couple or small family wanting to unplug. Canoe trips start right at the door. Wi-Fi included

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a brick apartment building with an elevator on Budovatelů Street. The apartment underwent a complete renovation at the end of 2019. The apartment is about 1 min. walk from the bus stop with direct connection to the center (the bus ride takes about 9 min).
