The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

A place with attention to detail, strategically located with a beautiful view. A house designed to pamper and pamper yourself, equipped with everything you need for days of relaxation, peace, discovery and tenderness. The house is in the heart of Tivoli, in the medieval neighborhood: very close to clubs and villas, but sheltered from noise. It is located on the second floor, accessed from a dozen period steps, quite steep. 350m from the house is a comfortable multi-story parking lot.

This well-appointed apartment is on 2 floors and has a large front yard. It is located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is a 25-min walk to the Coliseum. The bus stop for service 85 is located right outside the apartment and the subway is only a 5-minute walk. It is well connected with train stations, airport and highways.
