Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.

You will stay in the listed farmhouse, which was renovated in 2025. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and a lounge with a pool table. In the garden there are various seating options, a fire pit, a hotpot. Animal lovers can enjoy many animals: llamas, alpacas, cows, chickens, rabbits, sheep, cats and dogs. A trek can be booked with the alpacas & llamas.

After watching the sunset on your own terrace, you end the evening with billiards or foosball. A private toilet with shower and simple kitchen is at your disposal. There's no air conditioning, but there is a fan.
