The house is 130 sqm and has a new kitchen and bathroom with tiles, underfloor heating and lovely shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed sheets & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

The cottage is a fully equipped and comfortable living idyll all year about where you live all by yourself. Private and very quiet location at Dämstasjön. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the swimming area and the boat. There are plenty of fishing waters, berry and mushroom fields, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm there are sheep and you are most welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me on hand without me disturbing you.

Perfect location for exploring all that the High Coast has to offer! Kitchen and living room with a sofa bed where 2 can sleep and a bedroom with a 90 cm bed. Extra mattresses are available to fix if needed. Adjacent to the toilet there is also a small laundry room. Free WiFi. Note, no smoking in the apartment or on the area.

Enjoy views of the stunning scenery outside. The guesthouse is fully renovated and all amenities are available. In only 15 minutes by car you have made it to Skuleberget with several options to visit the top and enjoy the sought-after view. You only have about 30 minutes by car to Norrfällsviken. Visit at the same time Nordingrå, Bönhamn or Rotsidan! The possibilities are many and you will stay in the middle of the High Coast between Härnösand, (45min) Kramfors (35min) and Örnsköldsvik (45min). Welcome!

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Dogs and cats are also welcome in this cottage. Also has its own outhouse. Guests have access to a service area located in the barn. There is a large, complete kitchen and bathroom.
