Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

For ski enthusiasts only 7km to the famous ski area Kitzbühler Alpen (Panoramabahn) In summer our house offers many starting points for hiking and mountain biking. Our apartment has a terrace, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Our house is right next to the Mittersill National Park Center and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes' walk to the city center and right at the ski bus stop. It is a good starting point for excursions, hikes and mountain tours. For cyclists, we are right on the Tauern Cycling Path.
