It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Private parking and a secluded garden, lockable shed, patio seating area and BBQ. This location is one of the most peaceful and tranquil in Purbeck.

We are also just a 10 min stroll away from the steam train that runs from Swanage to Norden; a very popular tourist attraction.
