Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely.
