Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

We rent our log cabin in a very quiet location with wonderful views and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have at their disposal: a large living room, new kitchen, sunny conservatory, bedroom, small bedroom, anteroom, bathroom, toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden to be used in the east of the house. We are happy to inform our guests and are usually available in person.

Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
