Beautiful Norfolk Barn in Enclosed, Private Garden

Beautiful Norfolk barn with stone fireplace, wood burner and huge Loaf sofa for watching movies on the 65 inch OLED TV or enjoying a glass of wine with family and friends. Set in in its own private garden, there's plenty of enclosed space for dogs and children to roam freely. Five minutes from the Norfolk Broads and the village of Coltishall with tea room and great gastro pubs plus fantastic walking and cycling routes. Perfect for couples, families and one small, well behaved dog is very welcome

Hall Farm

A stunning semi-detached property, Hall Farm has a traditional farmhouse kitchen, living room with a wood burning stove with french doors onto decking, second sitting room and a children’s room. 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor and the 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is one large family bathroom with freestanding bath and walkin shower and one ensuite bathroom. Utility and toilet on the ground floor. We also have Heron barn which sleeps 4 people which is adjacent to Hall Farm.

Suitable for families and workers who are looking for a super convenient location near the city but tucked away in an idyllic countryside corner of Norwich close to the coast, broads and airport. The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
