Between Munich and Bad Tölz

My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

Direct S-Bahn connection (S7), 5 minutes' walk, 30 minutes' drive to Munich city center (main station/Marienplatz, Oktoberfest), A 95 connection. 8 km to Lake Starnberg, Garmisch can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Einliegerwohnung für 2 Personen. Im Grünen mit Terrasse (Nutzung in Absprache) und dennoch stadtnah. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für München und sein südliches Umland. Mit der S-Bahn (10 min Fußweg) sind Sie in ca. 30 min im Zentrum. Die Diele und die Terassen wird gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter genutzt. Preis gilt für eine Person (+ 20€ für zweite Person/Nacht).
