You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is ideal for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kites, blotting and soups. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer.
