Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Charming country cottage in a quiet village, 4 km from the sea. Welcome to a place where the tranquillity of the countryside meets the freshness of the coast – a perfect base for swimming, nature experiences and community. The cottage consists of two parts that are joined together – an original part from the early 1900s and a newly built part from 2025. Sleeping places for up to 10 adults + 2 children Glazed conservatory with dining table for 16 guests. Large plot of over 2 hectares including a 160 sqm newly built patio. There are plenty of swimming spots and scenic areas in the surrounding area

Unique accommodation with cinema and pool table

Unique accommodation with pool table, movie projector and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving a movie night? Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Marmas accommodation with the Dalälven River as its neighbour.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Close to the Dalälven River, with walking paths and relaxing days on the patio, where you can also enjoy a barbecue. In winter, the exercise trail is a lit ski trail, and after a day out, you can enjoy a sauna. With the option of swimming 100 metres away. Exercise trail 150 m. Disc golf 100 m. Pump Track 100 m Option to take a commuter train to Uppsala or Gävle. Please bring own linen and towels. Cleaning and washing up before check-out

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Private apartment/cottage 28 m2 about 3 km from Gävle city center, Furuvik 8 km good bus connections. Furnished with 4 beds, 2 on the lower floor (sofa bed) 2 beds on the 2nd floor. Hemlingby recreation area about 500 meters with a number of barbecue areas. Equipped in 2019. About 100 meters to the bus stop. Grocery store about a 10-minute walk. Kitchen equipped June 2025. Bed linens and towels are not included. Can be rented for SEK 100/person, paid on site with cash or Swish.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.
