Sea cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cabin. The wood-fired hot tub that stands on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Beautiful cottage, idyllic nature, near StockholmC

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Welcome to this unique and quiet house on the cozy and car-free island of Tranholmen, just outside Stockholm's inner city. A nice architect designed house where you can have breakfast at sunrise and end the evening on your private big dock right by the water at sunset. Many different places at the location to enjoy that inspire you to swim, relax and cook and eat outdoors. Wood-fired sauna for up to 8 people. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.
